Respect Your healthFitness is probably one of the most important things about life. One might say, “I dont have to work out, Im already fit?” Many americans/ non- americans do not really realize how important it truly is to maintain a healthy diet. If a person chooses to not eat healthy and watch how many Calories they consume a day, they just might be digging a deeper hole in their life and pushing forward how long it will take for them until things are worse. If a Dr. tells you specifically to not consume as much fats, thats EXACALLY what he means. Some Dr.’s are truly concerned about their patients and their eating habits. Why do you think their are talk shows out their that are continuing to broadcast each and every decade? I recently made a slideshow through Flickr using photos of my students where i work to show just how much they work out and what is offered to them and how they take advantage. In conclusion, your own health is YOUR own responsibility. Treat it like it is truly something special that know one can ever touch. Respect your health.

I think i just figured it out. FINALLY! I just use Youtube to help out. Also, can you update me as to where i stand as a grade?
