1st BLOG!

So here it goes, My topic of choice is beginer Basketball Coaches. We’ll from my point of view that is…tell me this, why is it that some coaches so hard on their team? is it because their worried about their pay? perhaps NOT? Maybe they TRULY believe in their teamand their capabilities and they really want to see their players succeed and become a strong individual and get them ready for the real world so they woill be able to overcome what life has to offer them. what some coaches DONT know is that when they have that 1 in particular player who always shows up for practice, give it their all, helps and encourages the rest of the team, but when playing time comes, their riding the bench??? Instead of coaches helping the player, their actuall hurting them by showing them and making them feel like they are not worth the playing time. I feel that coaches should really think about the feelings of that player. Who knows, that SAME one in particular player could be the judge of your life or even the person who grows up and plays Pro Basketball some day and your the one who made he/she sat every single game????
